The brace frame is a steel truss support for plywood forms using embedded anchor bolts without form tie While existing plywood forms is installed using the expensive Diwydag bolts as an embedded anchor bolt, the SB-DR clamp uses on-site steel remnants as the embedded anchor bolt to reduce material costs by half.
1. Reduction of material costs by using embedded anchor bolts
2. Less distortion by lateral pressure due to superior structural performance of materials.
3. Superior underground waterproofing from no use of sleepers.
4. No wall finishing processes after dismantlement. Clean concrete surfaces.
5. Easy adjustment of vertical alignment of plywood forms using the jack base attached to the brace frame.
6. Simple, easy installation and dismantlement doable by anyone.
7. Reduction of work hours when installed along with a steel form.
The H-form column band is a reinforcement of the steel column form, which sets
channel-shaped steel with remarkable structural performance symmetrically facing
each other. This column band is widely used in construction sites because of its
superior support for lateral pressure and easy application.

Connect tensioning bed to brace frame when wall height is over 3000H and support with alignment bar. Tensioning bed of
1500L is connected as the lower tube with that of 1800L as the upper tube. These control the tensioning length.
In instances where wall more than 2 stories high must be installed step by step, first, pour concrete to the first story.
Next, support the lower part of the brace frame set on the second story using a system or pipe support. Anchor bolts for a 2-story wall need to be pre-installed on the upper portion of the wall form when pouring concrete in the first story.
